History of this site: 

On August 9, 2001 a family member had the idea of creating a web site for our mother, who was critically ill with advanced cancer.  The next day she gave permission for the family to post her medical records on the web and to publicize her case in a desperate effort to find her cure. This site was up  and functioning just two days later!

It seems that every day some new medical breakthrough in the war on cancer is almost ready to be released, and we were hoping to find that one cutting edge cure.  Despite thousands of hits and hundreds of replies, we were unable to find her cure in time.  Nonetheless the family is greatly encouraged by the outpouring of support, and wishes to express its appreciation. 

We are leaving this information on the net for now, and hope that someone will find it useful.  Additional features will be added as time allows.  (Voluntary content contributions will be considered).
